You have experience working with various types of organizations. What is the most common among them?
Its passion. Regardless of the projects they are working on, entrepreneurs have a passion to grow their businesses. I feel that the greatest common threat is their optimistic attitude and dedication to making things work out.
-
How would you define social entrepreneurship?
According to me, a business enterprise is not just a business focused on resolving a problem. But it’s something that embraces ethical values and sustainability in every single aspect.

How does your morning start?
On the days I don’t oversleep, I start my day by reading a book. Earlier I had a bad habit of grabbing my phone every morning. I used to open my mailbox immediately after getting up in the morning because I used to think that if I don’t answer all the emails, my day won’t start accurately.
But now, I have transformed my ways. I dedicate at least half an hour to reading a book, and I can confidently say that those valuable minutes direct me on the right path. After that, I exercise, jog and drink my morning black coffee. It’s crucial for me to give at least 1-2 hours to myself so that I can prepare for the upcoming day.
-
What motivates you to leave your bed and start your day every morning?
The thought that time does not stop for anyone motivates me every morning. I don’t like to waste the time that’s given to me. However, there are days when nothing motivates me. I lay in bed after a tiring day with my bones hurting.
-

During my free time, I love to read novels. Besides that, I also like to play badminton. So, whenever I get free time from my hectic schedule, I play badminton with my son.
-
What is your proudest achievement that you’re proud to have achieved in your life?
Completing my college degree. It was difficult to find some sort of motivation to finish my graduation.
