Disney Isn’t Afraid To Be Different
Disney has always been a bit on its own when it comes to new ideas. In some ways, that’s what has made it such a massive brand. After all, why do you think Frozen was such a huge hit? Although many of Disney’s classic movies follow some sort of formula (Girl meets boy, girl fights monsters/supernatural creatures with love and friendship), Disney is never afraid to take a new spin on things. There’s already a lot of buzz about what new material will be released on Disney+. The show Raven’s Home is one of many shows that will debut on July 28th, 2019. Expect season 2 sometime in October 2019.
Disney Has The Power
Over 60% of kids between 6 and 12 years old in America watched at least one movie from Disney during 2018. This should come as no surprise to anyone familiar with Disney’s domination of children’s television programming; it’s long been a source of entertainment for young people. What is surprising, however, is that by 2020 Disney will be adding another streaming service to its collection: Disney+. Streaming services like Netflix and Hulu have become popular among many Americans (there are over 85 million Netflix subscribers in the United States alone), but adding a large range of new shows and films will make Disney+ a key player in an already-crowded streaming market.
Mickey Mouse Has Been Around For 95 Years
Disney as we know it now began as a cartoon studio. In fact, Mickey Mouse has been around for 95 years! We can’t wait to see what Disney does next.
